| Tortilis Africa Leisure will be managed by The Nature Workshop, which will be responsible
for all sales, marketing and management.
Responsibilities will include, inter alia: |
- the management of bed-night reservations and bookings through the
central reservations department;
- Management of all reservations and communication related to these
reservations;
- confirmation of reservations;
- invoicing of membership fees payable by the Tortilis on consumption
of bed-nights;
- concierge service and travel assistance service to include alternate
accommodation bookings, flights, air charters, car rental, transfers,
meet and greet, and the booking of any required activities;
- on-going mailings to Members. The mailings, newsletters, specials
and product updates do be done on a monthly basis.
