to develop private villas. Each villa would accommodate approximately 10 guests
and could be offered on either a self-catered or catered basis. The villas will
be located in spectacular regions across Southern and East Africa and the Indian
Ocean Islands. This portfolio to spread to other regions and continents as the eco-tourism
