In terms of this proposal, interested parties can purchase a shareholding in Tortilis Africa Investments. Tortilis Africa Investments is offering 1 000 ordinary shares of a par value of 1 cent each to potential investors at R100 000 per ordinary share (“offer shares”). Once the share offer is fully subscribed for by investors, Tortilis Africa Investments will be capitalised to a value of R100 million. Investment per share is R100 000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Rands Only). Each share entitles the investor a return as follows: Shareholders are allocated 20 bednights per annum. Shareholders pay a Shareholders rate per bednight consumed at any of the investment lodges @ 25% of rack rate. Shareholders share in 50% of the issued dividend.
