Tortilis Africa is an ‘Ecotourism Investment Company’ encompassing an opportunity for Investors to invest in a “luxury eco-tourism property portfolio” via the purchase of shares.

Tortilis Africa Investments is investing into and operating a circuit of superior up-market lodges and niche hotels in the most prime and sought after destinations across Southern Africa while offering a combination of exceptional ‘in house’ experiences that are unique to that particular area. In terms of this proposal, interested parties can purchase a shareholding in Tortilis Africa Investments.
Investments Offer
Tortilis Africa Investments is offering 1 000 ordinary shares of a par value of 1 cent each to potential investors at R100 000 per ordinary share (“offer shares”). Once all the offer shares are fully subscribed for by investors, the first phase of Tortilis Africa Investments will be capitalised to a value of R100 million.
